Western Bahr El Ghazal Community USA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Western Bahr El Ghazal community in the diaspora, including families, youth, elders, professionals, students, and new immigrants who face social, educational, economic, and cultural challenges in their host countries.
The organization’s priority is to strengthen diaspora unity and build effective community support systems first. From that foundation, Western Bahr El Ghazal Community USA mobilizes collective action through partnerships and coordinated efforts that also support humanitarian and development needs connected to Western Bahr El Ghazal, South Sudan.

To unite the Western Bahr El Ghazal community in the diaspora and strengthen its capacity to address social, educational, economic, and family-related challenges; to empower youth; to promote unity and cultural identity; and to mobilize collective action that responds first to the needs of community members in the diaspora and, in partnership, extends humanitarian and development support to Western Bahr El Ghazal, South Sudan.
